Penny Oberg

I was born & raised in northern Iowa where my husband Mark & I met, married and started working as a team in real estate since 1996. We worked out of the greater Mason City area representing buyers, seller & investors. We quickly realized the value or owning properties for as a long term residual income and therefore purchased own and manage many for our own portfolio.

It was our dream to move to Colorado and in 2010 we made that dream come true by relocating to beautiful Colorado Springs. I am blessed to be a stepmother of two great children and a Nana of 4 wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, camping, hiking & motorcycle trips with my husband.
