Nancy Murray

I am Nancy Murray, a Real Estate agent specializing in residential real estate in North Colorado Springs to include Academy School District 20, and the City of Monument. I am the sole proprietor of Murray & Associates, LLC, with Keller Williams Clients' Choice.

I retired as a Navy Commander from US Northern Command at Peterson Air Force Base the summer of 2005. In January 2006, I obtained my real estate license and have worked as a full time real estate agent in Northern Colorado Springs ever since.

Initially, my plan was to invest in real estate using my license, but I found that I really enjoyed the business, especially helping homeowners buy or sell their homes in Colorado Springs. My husband and I currently own three investment properties and hope to grow our inventory to six over the next few years. I would not be buying investment properties if I did not feel it was a safe investment.

I use the tag line "Your NICE Real Estate Agent" because on several occasions I have received this compliment from other agents. In fact, on two different occasions, the listing agents have told me that they encouraged their sellers to select my buyers' bid because they wanted to work with a NICE agent. I'm a firm believer that it is Win/Win or no deal, I want everyone to walk away from the closing table happy.

My business model for Murray & Associates, LLC is to work with other agents and lenders that have the same work ethic and beliefs that I do. When I have more business than I can handle comfortably, I will refer clients to other Keller Williams agents that have the same values that I do.

I am happily married to Jim Murray with two great boys educated in Academy School District 20.
