Kay Harada

Welcome! I’m Kay Harada with Realty ONE Group, Premier serving the vibrant communities of Colorado Springs and Denver Metro. I’ve practiced real estate for over 20 years, both as a broker and an investor and it’s been my privilege to be a full-time Colorado Realtor since 2018.

Having relocated my own family multiple times, across different states, I've personally navigated the logistics, emotions, and challenges that come with finding the 'right' home and community. I know firsthand that moving to and from a new city can feel overwhelming and exciting. In addition, I owned and operated three successful restaurants in which people skills, communication, organization and strong negotiation abilities were essential for daily business.

I am bilingual in English and Japanese and a graduate of Portland State University with a BA in Arts & Letters.
