Mapping a Listing with the new Google MapWith the change to Google Maps, the parcel layer is currently not a default as it was with the Bing Maps.

TIP:
Browser Settings - Per Corelogic:  “Matrix system requirements recommend browser zoom level be set at 100%.”  - Viewing Matrix at other zoom levels may cause anomalies such as scrolling problems, mapping problems and other web page layout issues.

When adding a listing  Google maps will take the address and place a radius of the area.    If it doesn’t find the property, it uses a combination of the City and Zip, or just City and places the radius.  You may need to pan to the area where the property exist for areas were new building is being done.
