How to Print to the Resource Room Xerox Printer Click here to Access Web
     
1st Step: Click Here to Install Printer Driver  

  (1)  Click "Run"  and it will down the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 Driver
  (2)  You may have to Click “Run”  again  and then Click “Unzip” and “Ok”
  (3)  The Print Driver Installation for the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 will Run,   click “next”  and click “finish”
 
     
     
2nd Step:  Click Here to Install Print Server Driver  
  (1)  Click "Open" and click "Setup.exe"  and click ok
  (2)  The Print Server Driver installation will run,  click “next” 3x and click finish
  (3)  You will then see an Information popup window, click ok
  (4)  After click ok you will see a Printer Port Setup popup window,  click on Workcentre Pro 412 click next
  (5)  Click ok to Printer Server Port being added successfully
  (6)  Choose Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 PCL 6 and click connect
  (7)  Close all windows and you should now have a Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 in your printer list
  By choosing it and printing it will print to the Resource Room on the 3rd floor.
